Dr. Olivia Fleischer
Dr. Olivia Fleischer grew up in Bangor, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree from Juniata College in 2016. She then earned her doctorate degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry in 2020, where she graduated summa cum laude and received the Isadore Auerbach Memorial Award for academic and clinical excellence. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Fleischer went into private practice as an associate in Massachusetts, where she spent four years improving her skills in preventative, restorative, crown/bridge, denture, surgical, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Fleischer believes in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach when it comes to patient care. She enjoys educating and discussing all possible treatment options with her patients in order to create the best possible outcomes for them. Her main goals are patient comfort and satisfaction.
Dr. Fleischer recently moved back to Pennsylvania, and is happy to be in her home state again. She is currently residing in Lititz with her husband Benjamin, and their dog Sully. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, swimming, crocheting, and baking.
Dr. Perez
At the age of 16, Dr. Perez started college and finished his undergraduate with a degree in Pre-Med from the University of Puerto Rico and in 1979 and was accepted into the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry where he earned his D.M.D degree in 1983. As a distinguished dental student he was recognized in “The Dean’s List” 1982 edition.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Perez was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army in January of 1984 and served in the Dental Corps until July of 1995. During his 111⁄2 years of active duty, Dr. Perez gained valuable clinical experience as an OR surgical assistant, completed several clinical rotations in Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Endodontics. After his first tour of duty, Dr. Perez accepted an overseas assignment in Germany and was the Officer in Charge of the Strassburg Dental Clinic. During his tour in Germany, Dr. Perez served in support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm making him a veteran of the first Iraq War. In July of 1995, after an exciting military career, Dr. Perez transitioned into private practice and moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Dr. Perez opened Crooked Oak Dental Associates in July of 2000. He strived to stay current through extensive continued education and achieved the degree of Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry to ensure quality clinical services to his patients. After almost 30 years serving the Lancaster community and 41 years in the field of dentistry, Dr. Perez has decided to retire leaving the practice in the excellent hands of The Angstadt Family Practice.

Anthony graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Anthony worked in the Office Technology Management and Sales space for 7 years before deciding to join the family practice. Anthony enjoys spending time with his fiancée Bianca Lin Angstadt, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Angstadt, and their Bernedoodle Louie.

Bianca worked with her husband, Eric, for the last 30 years as the office hygienist and office manager. Bianca loves getting to know her patients and their families. She also graduated from Temple with an associates in Dental Hygiene. She likes spending time with her three dogs and cooking Italian food for her family, especially her famous meatballs and chicken cutlet!
